Easy to make Fruity Cheesecake Ice Cream Date Added: 21 May 2015

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
or
1 cup strawberries
2 teaspoons <a href="http://allstarextracts.com/Cheesecake-Flavor" target="_blank">All Star Extract Cheesecake Flavoring</a>
1.5 qt your favorite vanilla ice cream

Cooking Instructions

Thaw the vanilla ice cream enough to be able to stir.
Add the cheesecake extract and stir thoroughly.
Mix in blueberries or strawberries by hand.
Freeze overnight in an air tight plastic container.
Serve in an ice cream parlor style dish or in a cone.
